Processing Costs

Please understand that every file processed incurs real cloud computing costs. We can't offer refunds for services that worked as intended, even if the results don't meet personal expectations.

Trial Usage Policy

Our trial allows you to test our service with real file processing. If you decide to cancel during the trial period, you'll only pay for the files that were successfully processed at $5.00 per completed file.

Fair usage. This ensures fairness for both sides — you get to test the service with real processing, and we cover the computational costs for files that provided value to you during the trial.

How it works

  • Successfully processed files during trial: $5.00 each
  • Usage calculated from trial start to cancellation date
  • Only completed, downloadable files are counted
  • Failed processing attempts are never charged

Subscription Management

You have full control over your subscription and can cancel anytime through your account billing page. Here's what happens when you cancel:

  • Cancellation takes effect immediately
  • No further billing will occur
  • Trial users pay only for successfully processed files ($5.00 each)
  • Access to premium features ends immediately
